Munks Musings

April has been a windy month here on the land with many wonderful souls twhirling through. We are all looking foreward to the Anniversary celebration and are hoping we have ample RSVPs to help us foresee the flow.
Im excited by the new momentum here because of the Healing Center. Also, with our 10 year Anniversary coming up the 2nd week of May - those of us who reside here are seeing a magical history flash before our eyes.
Intrapersunally I've only been challenged by a few minor states of conflict or angst but those are fleeting and few between. Im also much better able to find repose these days as my sisters on the land have been very supportive even with my more scattered moments.
Its been comforting to have area neighbors coming in to visit again for the healing rituals and arts. Its really been inspiring to have other multi-media artists working with me in the Studio; the natural light is amazing for a variety of projects and activities. Recently, my incense workshop has taken off and its been a wonderful expression of sensory awareness for my meditation.
Anyhow, Im greatful to be living here and am really happy that sanctuary is an option for my growth and self-actualization.

The other night at Starcloud one sentence kept repeating in my mind as I felt the energy of love; seeing all the smiling faces around me: "I made it " a sense of doing what is responsible to myself, the land and the family of faerie's (oh, and like minded folk of coarse). Living in community and making things beautiful as well as bringing color in and around me through art and music has always been where my heart is as far back as I can remember.
I feel Zuni has brought me to a high point in my pursuit of such. To me, helping make this vision happen and living in community "off the grid" is what it means to live outside of babylon and not get wrapped up in the matrix. We are the new seers, the renewers of land, the dreamers of dreams.
I would like to thank every one in this enchanted land who has helped me understand my growth and be apart of theirs, this is a very special time for us and I am overjoyed to share it with such a creative and intentional group of healers, artists, sages, wizards, dancers, (oh and like minded folk).
